Hialeah Gardens piles up the points against Goleman

The Hialeah Gardens Gladiators scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 95-40 victory over Goleman. Given Hialeah Gardens' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 108th, while Goleman is ranked 650th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hialeah Gardens' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nick Perez, who scored 37 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Perez has scored all season. Sebastian Pupo was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 20 assists.

Hialeah Gardens pushed their record up to 12-4 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Goleman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-9.

Hialeah Gardens will be playing at home against Hialeah at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hialeah and Hialeah Gardens are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Goleman, they will head out on the road to challenge Carol City at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. That game will pit two of the most dominant players against one another: Jahquori Lombrage and Anthony Otero-Puriaman.
