Basketball Recap: Everton Tigers vs. Bronaugh Wildcats
Everton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Bronaugh Wildcats and fell 76-41. The Tigers lost against the Wildcats in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 98-40 score last time.
Despite the defeat, Everton saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Joshua Daniels dropped a double-double on 19 points and 15 boards. That was a full 46.3% of Everton's points, marking the tenth time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points.
