Basketball Recap: Minden Takes a Loss

Minden lost against Northwood back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Minden Crimson Tide were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 53-52 to the Northwood Falcons.

Minden's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 13-11. As for Northwood, their win was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-9.

Looking ahead, Minden will challenge Southwood at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwood, they will take on Loyola College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
