East Lee County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 68-51 bruising from the Southwest Florida Christian King. The Jaguars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the King's apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.

East Lee County lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Julius Georges, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 13 points in addition to five rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Gage Chin, who went 5 for 11 on his way to 11 points and eight rebounds.

It was another big night for Asa Rogosich, who dropped a double-double on 35 points and 16 boards for Southwest Florida Christian. Rogosich's afternoon made it 13 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Noah Tafoya was another key player, putting up ten points and five steals.

East Lee County's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Southwest Florida Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.
