Basketball Recap: Keenan Gets the Win

If Silver Bluff wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Keenan, they should've done a better job of containing Taelor Lee-Sutton. The Keenan Raiders claimed a resounding 61-15 win over the Silver Bluff Bulldogs thanks in part to Lee-Sutton, who went 12 of 16 en route to 27 points along with seven steals and five assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Keenan's points.

Jayla Fulwiley was another key player, putting up six points and three steals. What's more, she also racked up two assists, the most she's had since back in February of 2024.

Keenan now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Silver Bluff, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Keenan and Eau Claire will face off at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Destinee Tiller and Lee-Sutton. As for Silver Bluff, they will face off against Swansea at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
