There's no place like home for Westview, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Rancho Bernardo Broncos on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Broncos recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

While Westview won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 26-24, 25-16.

Westview's victory bumped their record up to 21-9. As for Rancho Bernardo, their loss dropped their record down to 12-14.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Westview will face off against rival Carlsbad at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Rancho Bernardo is set to challenge their familiar foe Torrey Pines at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
