            Dysart will face off against Greenway at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. Dysart has given up an average of 19  runs per game this season, but Monday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Dysart had been on  a  three-game streak of scoring at least ten  runs, but Cortez put an end to it  on Wednesday. The Demons came up short against  the Colts, falling  17-1. The Demons haven't had much luck with the Colts recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
 Dysart saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Mya Sias, who  went 1-for-2 with one  stolen base and one  run.
Meanwhile, Greenway fought the good fight in their extra-innings  matchup against Buckeye  on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Hawks by a score of  7-6. The Demons' loss continues a  trend for the  squad, making it three in a row.
 Madison Bailey spent all nine innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned  (and six unearned) runs on six hits and racked up eight Ks.
 On the hitting side,  TAYLOR BORUP made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with one  home run and five  RBI.  Greenway's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9-1. As for Dysart, their loss dropped their record down to 4-17.
