Volleyball Recap: North Branch Takes a Loss

North Branch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Traverse City Central Trojans.

Aubree Deshetsky paced North Branch's offense, picking up 14 kills. Deshetsky got some help from Kylie Doherty and her 20 assists.

North Branch's loss dropped their record down to 21-6. As for Traverse City Central, they moved to 13-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

Coming up, North Branch will take on Yale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Traverse City Central, they will square off against Cadillac at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
