Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Georgetown). They blew past the Emerald Vikings 15-3 on Saturday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Bulldogs with their most commanding win of the season.

Georgetown has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.6 runs over those games. Emerald now has a losing record of 5-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Georgetown will welcome Waccamaw at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Waccamaw will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Georgetown surely won't give up without a fight. As for Emerald, they will host Laurens at 6:00 p.m. on the 31st.
