Basketball Game Preview: Judson Rockets vs. East Central Hornets

The Judson Rockets will square off against the East Central Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Judson is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Clemens just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 55-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buffaloes.

Meanwhile, East Central came tearing into Tuesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Buffaloes with points to spare, taking the game 58-44.

East Central has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 17-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Judson, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-15.

Things could have been worse for Judson, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took an 84-66 loss to East Central in their previous meeting back in December of 2024.
