Baseball Recap: Earlsboro Takes a Loss

Earlsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Indianola Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 12-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2019.

Earlsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Indianola, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Earlsboro will head out to challenge New Lima at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Indianola, they will take on Wilburton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
