Baseball Game Recap: North Pocono Trojans vs. Abington Heights Comets

North Pocono fell victim to Abington Heights and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (10-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

North Pocono's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 8-4. As for Abington Heights, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North Pocono is set to take on their familiar foe Valley View at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Abington Heights will challenge rival Scranton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
