Soccer Recap: Botkins Falls to Miami East in First Game of Season

Botkins unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 4-1 to the Miami East Vikings on Saturday. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Botkins struggled afterwards.

Botkins didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Graham Local on the 18th. As for Miami East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 4-0 victory against Northwestern on the 20th.
