Soccer Game Preview: Northeast Guilford vs. Western Guilford

Northeast Guilford is 0-3 against Western Guilford since March of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Northeast Guilford Rams will host the Western Guilford Hornets at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Northeast Guilford is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Wednesday. They never let Morehead get on the board and left with a 2-0 win.

Adelaida Peterson and Stephanie Davila Martinez scored both of Northeast Guilford's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, everything went Western Guilford's way against High Point Central on Monday as Western Guilford made off with a 9-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

Northeast Guilford suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Western Guilford when the teams last played back in March of 2018. Can Northeast Guilford avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
