Dock Mennonite has gone 8-2 against Faith Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Pioneers will venture away from home to square off against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. Dock Mennonite is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games.

They didn't even let Bristol on the board, marking the Lions' second-straight 18-0 shutout. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by six runs or more this season.

Chase Gieser looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

Faith Christian Academy's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Dock Mennonite, their record now sits at 8-2.

Dock Mennonite might still be hurting after the 12-4 loss they got from Faith Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Pioneers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
