Volleyball Recap: Santa Fe Christian Takes a Loss

Santa Fe Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Classical Academy Caimans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Caimans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.

Santa Fe Christian was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Classical Academy work for it, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-20, 27-25.

Santa Fe Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Classical Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Santa Fe Christian nor Classical Academy have any future games scheduled.
