Softball Recap: J.L. Mann Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for J.L. Mann's offense. They came up short against the Woodmont Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 13-0. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost seven in a row.

J.L. Mann now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Woodmont, they pushed their record up to 12-7 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

J.L. Mann wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 9-6 defeat against Eastside on the 15th. As for Woodmont, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-0 victory against T.L. Hanna on the 17th.
