Soccer Game Preview: St. Paul Academy-Summit vs. St. Croix Lutheran + How To Watch

The St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

St. Paul Academy-Summit is headed into their game with St. Croix Lutheran looking for a result a bit more satisfying than what they got in their season opener against South St. Paul on Thursday. Neither the Spartans nor the Packers could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, St. Croix Lutheran had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of DeLaSalle by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last seven times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
