Basketball Recap: Prairie Grove Comes Up Short

Prairie Grove lost against Gentry back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Prairie Grove Tigers received a blow as they fell 48-30 to the Gentry Pioneers. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Prairie Grove's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Gentry, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-12 record this season.

When Prairie Grove and Gentry next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Prairie Grove will try to stop Pea Ridge's nine-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Gentry will challenge Shiloh Christian and their five-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
