Volleyball Recap: Saint James' Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Saint James won the last time they faced Frederick and things went their way on Thursday too. The Saints came out on top against the Cadets by a score of 3-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Saints as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

While Saint James might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Frederick scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19, 21-25, 25-20.

Saint James' victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Frederick, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Coming up, Saint James will be playing in front of their home fans against Mercersburg Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Frederick does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
