Volleyball Recap: Friendship Christian Takes a Loss

Friendship Christian managed to slip by Goodpasture Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Commanders lost 3-0 to the Cougars on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Commanders have suffered since September 9, 2024.

Friendship Christian's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2. As for Goodpasture Christian, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Looking ahead, Friendship Christian is taking a road trip to take on Middle Tennessee Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Goodpasture Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ezell-Harding Christian at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
