After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chatfield, ThunderRidge was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with an 11-7 win over the Cherry Creek Bruins. That's more bragging rights for the Grizzlies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Riley Bowman was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out seven batters over 6.2 innings while giving up five earned (and one unearned) runs off 11 hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in September. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with a home run.
