Baseball Recap: University Christian Christians vs. Fletcher Senators
University Christian had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Fletcher Senators. That's more bragging rights for the Christians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Lukas Brougham looked comfortable as he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Bo Wilson, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Bryson Harnage, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
