Basketball Game Preview: Bucklin Red Aces vs. Meade Buffaloes

The Bucklin Red Aces will challenge the Meade Buffaloes at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Bucklin will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Bucklin is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 59-49 win over South Central on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Meade was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 34-29 to Southwestern Heights.

Bucklin pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points per game. As for Meade, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Bucklin beat Meade 55-47 in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. Will Bucklin repeat their success, or does Meade have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
