Basketball Recap: Garber Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

There's no place like home for Garber, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They skirted past the Luther Lions 44-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wolverines have posted since January 9th.

When it comes to explaining why Luther lost on Saturday, don't look at Gavin Milligan. Despite the final result, he went 11 of 16 on his way to 27 points and five rebounds. Milligan's morning made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Braden McNair was another key player, putting up five points.

Garber's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7. Jones will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Luther surely won't give up without a fight.
