Softball Recap: Conestoga Valley Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Conestoga Valley entered their tilt with Lebanon on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 16-2 margin over the Cedars. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-0 back in April.

Ava Smith and Julia Rhoads made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Smith tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Meanwhile, Rhoads tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. At the plate, Smith went 2-for-3 with three runs, two RBI, and one double, while Rhoads went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

In other batting news, Laila Smith was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Bianca Henry was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Conestoga Valley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in May of 2025.
