Softball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 10-6 to the South Gate Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-3 last Wednesday.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for South Gate, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.

Coming up, Roosevelt will venture away from home to take on El Camino Real at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for South Gate, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 8-2 loss against Arleta on the 5th.
