Softball Recap: Talawanda Brave vs. Northwest Knights
In what's become a running theme this season, Talawanda gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Northwest Knights a 19-0 shutout. Talawanda's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Quinn Frieden made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits over five innings pitched. Frieden was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
