Antelope Valley made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Palmdale, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Antelope Valley put the hurt on Palmdale with a sharp 31-20 victory on Tuesday. Considering the Antelopes have won three contests by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Antelope Valley got a massive performance out of Yunnuen Noriega, who scored six runs while getting on base in all six of her plate appearances. With that strong performance, Noriega is now averaging an impressive 2.1 runs per game. Another player making a difference was Dana Acosta, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in five of her six plate appearances.

Antelope Valley always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .863. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Antelope Valley moved to 3-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Palmdale, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
