If Bedford wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Penn Cambria, they should've done a better job of containing Madelyn Kittell. The Panthers walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bisons on Tuesday for which the team can thank Kittell, who had 30 assists and seven digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 18 or more assists the last nine times she's played.

The win didn't come easy: Bedford scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 20-25, 25-21, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Bedford had strong showings from Taylor Magill, who had 28 digs and one assist, and Rylee Lybarger, who had 21 assists and four digs. Kendal Stahlman also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Penn Cambria and bumps their season record up to 13-8-1. As for Bedford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season.

Penn Cambria has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Bishop Carroll on the 9th. As for Bedford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Fort Hill on the 8th.
