Mounds View waltzed into their match on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Century Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Mustangs: when they faced off against the Panthers on Saturday, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Mounds View was: they took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-14.

Despite the defeat, Century saw an underclassman step up: freshman Emma Greene had ten digs and two assists.

The win got Mounds View back to even at 9-9. As for Century, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-12.

Mounds View wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against East Ridge on the 7th. As for Century, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Faribault on the 7th.
