Soccer Game Preview: Desert Hills vs. Cedar

The Desert Hills Thunder will square off against the Cedar Reds at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Desert Hills has given up an average of 2.9 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Desert Hills came up short against Snow Canyon and fell 5-3.

The Thunder hit the Warriors with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Todd Simister, Max Udy, and Callaway Bentley.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cedar). Everything went their way against Pine View on Friday as they made off with a 5-1 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what Cedar needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Cedar's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Desert Hills, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
