Tuscola and A.C. Reynolds are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2019, but likely not for long. The Mountaineers will challenge the Rockets on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Tuscola comes in on seven and A.C. Reynolds on six.

Tuscola is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. Everything went their way against Stuart W. Cramer as they made off with a 9-1 victory. Considering the Mountaineers have won 11 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Bo West was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Amos Rich, who went 1-for-2 with one home run.

Tuscola was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Stuart W. Cramer only posted a batting average of .200.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but A.C. Reynolds ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against West Rowan, sneaking past 3-2. That's two games straight that the Rockets have won by just one run.

A.C. Reynolds pushed their record up to 16-9 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 3.14 runs across that stretch. As for Tuscola, their victory bumped their record up to 20-5.

Tuscola couldn't quite get it done against A.C. Reynolds in their previous matchup back in February as they fell 9-5. Can the Mountaineers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
