Soccer Recap: Bridge Creek Comes Up Short

Bridge Creek came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 10-0 to the Casady Cyclones. While losing is never fun, Bridge Creek can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma soccer rankings (they are ranked 73rd, while Casady are ranked 15th).

Bridge Creek's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Casady, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Coincidentally, Bridge Creek and Casady will both be playing Atoka the next time they take the pitch. The Bobcats will head out to face the Wampus Cats at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Cyclones will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
