Chapel Hill were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Riverside-Durham apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Chapel Hill has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-6-1 record this season. As for Riverside-Durham, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

Chapel Hill has already played their next contest, a 9-0 win against Northern Durham on the 15th. As for Riverside-Durham, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Jordan on the 15th.
