It was a good run, but Advanced Math & Science Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Wednesday. They lost to the Bay Path RVT Minutemen on the road by a 48-33 margin. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Eagles came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Minutemen are ranked 73rd).

Advanced Math & Science Academy's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-2. As for Bay Path RVT, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Advanced Math & Science Academy will host Worcester Tech at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Bay Path RVT, they will face off against Montachusett RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
