Volleyball Recap: Easley Extends Winning Streak to Three

Easley had won two straight games and Abi Summer did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Green Wave walked away with a 3-1 victory over the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets with plenty of help from Summer, who had 19 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Easley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-20, 25-19, 25-22.

Easley's win bumped their record up to 16-12. As for T.L. Hanna, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-13.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Easley is set to face off against their familiar foe Greenwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, T.L. Hanna will take on rival Greenville at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
