Basketball Recap: Fremont-Mills Comes Up Short

Fremont-Mills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Bedford Bulldogs, falling 80-32. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 329th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 80th).

Fremont-Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Bedford, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 21-1.

Fremont-Mills does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bedford, they will host Sidney on Thursday. One thing working in Sidney's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 contests.
