After flying high against Hope Christian Academy on Thursday, Clarenceville came back down to earth. The Trojans fell just short of the Kettering Captains by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Trojans' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Clarenceville's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Kettering, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-9.

Clarenceville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Our Lady of the Lakes on the 20th. As for Kettering, they will face off against Walled Lake Western at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
