Football Recap: Poplar Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Poplar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 58-8 defeat at the hands of the Culbertson Cowboys. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 58-0 to the Cowboys when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Poplar's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Culbertson, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Poplar is set to square off against their familiar foe MonDak [Westby/Grenora] at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Culbertson will take on rival Circle at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
