Basketball Game Preview: Adamson Leopards vs. White Longhorns

Adamson hasn't had much luck against White recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Adamson Leopards will be playing in front of their home fans against the White Longhorns at 8:00 p.m.

Adamson is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 31st straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They were beaten by Molina 81-50. The Leopards were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-23.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask White). They blew past Sunset, posting a 106-37 win. The Longhorns have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 22 points or more this season.

White's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 38.7 points. As for Adamson, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-22.

Adamson was dealt a bruising 94-32 loss at the hands of White when the teams last played back in January. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of White's Jamison Thrower, who went 10 of 16 on his way to 21 points in addition to eight boards and five assists.
