Soccer Recap: Plainview Takes a Loss

Plainview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 13-0 to the Coronado Mustangs. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 647th, while the Mustangs are ranked 146th).

Plainview's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Coronado, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Caprock the next time they take the pitch. Coronado will head out to face Caprock at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Plainview will host them at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th.
