Baseball Recap: Osage Takes a Loss

Osage lost against Newman Catholic on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Green Devils fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-2. The Green Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Osage's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Newman Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Osage is set to square off against their familiar foe Central Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Newman Catholic will challenge rival North Butler at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
