Basketball Recap: Graham Comes Up Short

Graham played against North Moore and lost via forfeit.

North Moore's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Calissa Clendenin, who posted six points in addition to eight boards and five steals. Another player making a difference was Carly Monroe, who had seven points and three steals.

Graham dropped their record down to 3-9 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home. As for North Moore, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-5.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Southeast Alamance the next time they take the court. North Moore will head out to face Southeast Alamance at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Graham will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
