Algoma Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 9-5 to the Ravenna Bulldogs. On the bright side, the five- run performance marked the Knights' highest-scoring match to date.

Quinn Fox was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Oak DeKuiper was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Algoma Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Ravenna, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.
