Soccer Game Preview: Saddleback vs. Katella

The Saddleback Roadrunners will face off against the Katella Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Saddleback is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They and Segerstrom finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Tuesday. The result (or lack thereof) marked Saddleback's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Katella beat Savanna 4-2 last Wednesday.

Saddleback's draw gives them a new season record of 0-3-1. As for Katella, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Saddleback beat Katella by a goal in their previous meeting back in December of 2021, winning 2-1. Will the Roadrunners repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
