Basketball Recap: Temple Comes Up Short

Temple lost against Oklahoma School for the Deaf on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Temple Tigers had to suffer through a 56-23 loss at the hands of the Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Temple's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Oklahoma School for the Deaf, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Temple Tigers duke it out with the Springer Cardinals at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Oklahoma School for the Deaf has already played their next matchup (against Varsity Opponent), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
