Volleyball Game Preview: Venice Gondoliers vs. Granada Hills Charter Highlanders

After both having extra time off, the Venice Gondoliers and the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Venice will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.

Venice is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Grant as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Gondoliers not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 23rd (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, Granada Hills Charter made easy work of Palisades on Wednesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Granada Hills Charter's win bumped their record up to 15-12. As for Venice, their victory bumped their record up to 35-5.

Venice took their win against Granada Hills Charter when the teams last played back in May of 2022 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Gondoliers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
