Football Recap: Coolidge Comes Up Short at Home Against Santa Cruz Valley

Coolidge unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 20-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils on Friday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Coolidge will host Chinle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Santa Cruz Valley, they will be playing at home against Globe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
