Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Comes Up Short

Fairfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Des Moines Christian Lions.

Fairfield's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Des Moines Christian, they moved to 3-8 with that win, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

Fairfield has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Lincoln on the 13th. As for Des Moines Christian, they will venture away from home to take on Woodward-Granger at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
